About Where You’re at Yoga

Yoga is about connecting your mind and body to something greater, and to reach that you need only be exactly as you are right now, exactly where you are right now, exactly when you are, right now.

If you bend down to touch your toes and can only reach your thighs, that’s ok – that is where you are at, and that is your yoga.

If you have no car and can only attend yoga classes online, that’s ok because that’s where you are at.

If you need an instructor to come to your office to host a one on one or class for your staff, that’s ok because that’s where you’re at.

If you need a community connection free from diet culture and ableism, that’s ok because needing safety is where you’re at.

If you need a place safe and welcoming to LGBTQ+, that’s OK because that’s where you’re at.

Where You’re at Yoga is gentle yoga, informed by Hatha and Yin yoga styles, intended to guide you through an inner experience that helps you live in your body with greater comfort and ease of movement.
